Cabins and Camping

A variety of accommodation facilities are available at Athelle. Stay in one of our cabins, houses or rooms or bring your gear to our camping grounds and utilise our facilities. Offering the safety and security needed so you can relax and unwind. Beautiful lushes green grass sites or opt for the red dirt bush sites, powered or unpowered. Homestead area full Telstra phone towers available.

We provide educational adventures to experience family farming, agriculture, paddock to plate food and fibre production, and a dash of local history.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here and could have stayed longer if we had the time. The managers Millie & Pete were so friendly and welcoming and the soft grass was such a relief. Hot showers, clean toilets and a great communal campfire & kitchen topped it off. The owners Danyelle & Anthony are working hard to make this into something truly special and it shows. It was great to feed the animals and my kids loved the swimming pool. We let our tyres down to drive in the dirt road after the rain although I heard they were going to be levelling it again very soon. I’d happily stay again.

Excellent campground on a working station. Beautiful grass and massive sites! Power and water $25pn, nice clean showers (with lovely soft bathmats!) free washing machines. We’ll definitely be back! No real check in area, simply call on UHF 33 and the lovely staff will come to assist you. Some solid corrugations on the road in.

Absolute hidden gem! Awesome sites on a working station. Turn at the highway and travel 30kms in (mostly dirt) but road in good condition! Didn’t take long. $20 unpowered site 2A 3K. They could easily charge double this. Fully equipped camp kitchen, ample and clean amenities. Free washing machines. Great sunset. Animals for the kids, beautiful grass sites. Call on UHF 33 when you get here Good luck to these guys on their new venture Will definitely be back if we’re up this way again

NT’s best kept secret. Anthony & Danielle are two of the most beautiful people you could meet. They have really opened their home to make you feel like part of their family. Fully lush thick grassed sites with toilets/ showers and a washing machine with hot water. Fully equipped camp kitchen including BBQ, utensils, toaster, kettle, they even provide tea and coffee. Campfire. Pristine facilities. Safest I’ve felt our whole trip through NSW, QLD & NT. Athelle Outback Hideaway can be found 30kms south of Ti Tree. Turn left off Stuart Highway onto Cavenagh Road. Travel a further 28kms. 10 kms of bitumen with the last 18 kms dirt road. Do not drive past this amazing place. You will not be disappointed.

An amazing experience in the red centre at Outback Farm-Athelle Outback Hideaway. We stayed in the Diamond Bindi Cabin which was clean and comfortable, highly recommend.
